VKD is a creative studio devoted to graphic design and the creation of websites, logo design, corporative image, lighted signs and vehicles signage, web hosting, domain registry, editorial design, among others.

How to request a budget for a graphic project?

Simply sending us an e-mail with the briefing (including project guidelines) and we’ll contact you as soon as we can. Without any kind of compromise.

Should I be in charge of the print management, signing workshop, etc. in order to carry out a graphic project?

It’s not necessary, as we do look over all management with third parties such as prints, signing/silkscreening workshops, distribution companies, etc. However, due to distance matters, maybe it’s more convenient if you manage it in your place of residence.

The prices are in which currency?

The prices are detailed in European euros (€), if you wish you can check their value in your currency in any of the following pages: Oanda or Xe .

How can I pay?

Currently the payments must be fulfilled by bank transfer or account deposit. We’re working on alternative payment methods.

The web pages you provide are some kind of pattern?

Of course not! The designs we offer our clients are always exclusive and adapted to their necessities.

What kinds of web pages do you offer?

We create pages in HTML since they’re the ones with the best performance in searchers such as Google® or Yahoo®. Yet we can also create it in Flash.

Can I host a domain that I’ve hired for another company?

Most certainly, you must only change the DNS from your control panel, or ask your domain admin to modify them.

How can I upload my page?

You can do so from any FTP client or by means of the control panel. You can use a FTP client such as SmartFtp.

How can I access my mail?

From Outlook® or any other mail client (software), and from your browser through WebMail.

Can I create subdomains, mail accounts and FTP accounts?

You can create them from your control panel. If you wish so, we’ll tell you how to proceed.

Each FTP and mail account has different passwords?

Yes, you can define the password for each mail and ftp account.

What is a control panel?

It is a program that will provide the administration of your hosting account. You can change passwords, create mail accounts and many other things.

Can I use more space and transfer than originally planned?

Certainly, we can update your plan with your necessities for a low cost.

¿Can I upload pages from FrontPage®?

Yes, all our servers do support FrontPage so you can create and upload pages with this software without any problems.

How can I advertise my webpage?

The best way is to sign up in Google®since most search engines are based on its database. It is important that the whole website is active and functioning. You can also sign up in some other directory such as Arte Dinámico or DelTirón.
